Pengaruh Metode Pengeringan terhadap Kadar Flavonoid Total pada Daun Jinten (Coleus amboinicus Lour)

Cumin leaf are medicinal plants that used as treatment and useful for health. contain secondary metabolites, one of which is flavonoids. Flavonoids the largest phenolic compounds found in function antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, anticancer activities. The flavonoid content a plant can be affected by drying temperature manufacture simplicia. purpose this study was to determine total cumin if dried several methods. In study, simplicia with different methods, namely sun drying, wind oven drying. powder extracted using ethanol then tested quantitatively UV-Visible Spectrophotometer at wavelength 440 nm. Total 3,38 mg QE/g extract, 3,58 5,83 extract respectively. Based on research test leaves lowest average obtained Sun 3.38 highest 5.83 while 3.58 extract.
